About the Janet L. Young Elementary PTC

 

The Parent Teacher Club (PTC) at Janet L. Young Elementary is a group of parents, teachers, and staff working together to support our school community. Our goal is to make every child’s school experience the best it can be — academically, socially, and emotionally. 

 

What We Do

    •    Fundraising & Support – We raise funds to help pay for classroom supplies, field trips, school events, and enrichment programs that benefit all students.

    •    Family & Community Events – We plan and host events that bring families together, build school spirit, and strengthen the Jets community.

    •    Teacher & Staff Support – We provide appreciation activities, grants, and resources to help teachers do their best work in the classroom.

    •    Parent Involvement – We give parents opportunities to connect, volunteer, and have a voice in shaping their children’s school experience.

The PTC is more than just fundraising — it’s about creating a partnership between parents and educators. Together, we ensure students have access to the tools, experiences, and environment they need to succeed.
